Glasses |
I make these glasses in all kinds of shapes, sizes, colors, and designs. Whether
you use them as decoration, a new element for your sacred space, or simple table
ware, they can be a lovely addition to anyone's home. Remember, these are
delicate! To clean them, carefully hand wash the glass. (However, since they
have survived existing in my small home with my three inquisitive cats, they have
proven more durable then they look =) Typical Glass Prices: (sets may be discounted, prices may differ due to difficulty in creation) Smaller Glasses (ex: flutes): $15-$20 Set of two: start at $28 Larger Glasses (ex: goblets): $20-$30 Set of two: start at $35 Ordering: If you'd like to see glasses I currently have for sale, visit my 'Currently Available Page' If you would like to order custom glasses, look through these pages to get an idea of what I am able to do and what you like best. On occasion, glass breaks. And I'm rarely careful with my glasses, which was the
case with this one. However I loved the base, so decided to try to salvage
it as best I could. After breaking off all the shards that came above the leaves,
I filled the base with melted wax and set a candle in it. I rather liked the
results. This was originally a gold iridescent glass with black clay and various colors of metallic mica powder highlights. |

Both of these glasses were done with black clay and mica powered. The mica powder
is brushed on before the clay is baked and gives a lovely metallic color.
The glass on the left has bronze and gold leaves, and on the right, green leaves
with pink roses. |

"Sunset" Wine glasses |

This is a set of cobalt blue martini glasses with green and blue clay that I was
commissioned for. |
This set is commissioned and was a complete pain in my neck. The butterflies have
a wire frame which I bent by hand and pressed clay into. They are then anchored
with more wire into the clay base of the glass. I also did a box
with wire framed butterflies, though it was commissioned by someone else. |

This is a set of flaired flutes with black clay and gold & red mica powder.
|

Both of these sets are done with black clay and various sades of gold mica powder. |

Matching Picture Frame for the Silver Rose Goblets. (Yes, the picture in the frame is one of my drawings =) |
